Individual Therapy
People make the decision to begin therapy for many different reasons. In more than 20 years of work as a therapist, I have made it a point to work with many different types of people on many different types of issues and problems in order to develop a wide range of skills to provide to my clients. In my practice, I work with clients to help them face challenges in their relationship: challenges related to mental health diagnoses, addictions, life transitions, work, moods, stress, trauma, or abuse. I strive to provide education and insight to my clients, and to help them identify and utilize their innate strengths and abilities. In addition to addressing current life situations and issues, we often also explore how past relationships and experiences shape and influence who the client is today.
